Tracel developed hydrogen energy systems that allow hydrogen-stored energy to be converted to electric power for general use. An example of application with this generator is along our distributed grid system that supplies electricity to several consumers with UPS function. Our energy systems can integrate several renewable energy sources such as solar, wind, ethanol and hydrogen. In addition, excess power can be sold to the main grid generating energy credits with grid-tied systems (ongrid) or stored for local use (offgrid).
The control unit allows H2 fuel cell operation with constant output voltage adjustable by the user between 450VDC and 700VDC with 1% regulation and maximum output current limitation, with 92% efficiency.
The control algorithms applied are a result in experience gained from solar system developments, and implementation of MPPT technology, therefore improving product performance and efficiency.
